Heat is a calming element, so the tea should be drunk hot but never be warmed up, and taken within one hour of preparation to avoid altering the flavours of the various delicate flowers present in the blend.
How to use:
Take 1/2 tablespoon of blend per cup. Boil water, pour it on the mixture of plants placed in a teapot, let it infuse covered for 10 min .; filter and drink warm. If desired, sweeten with cane sugar.
