Amaretti Cake

Seasons: autumn – winter – spring

Ingredients: – 6 persone
4 eggs
200g amaretti (finely crushed)
200g sugar
150g spelt flour
180 g ghee (clarified butter)
1 teaspoon of Indian Masala Tea Virya®
1 teaspoon of Fruit Masala Virya®
2 teaspoons of baking powder
vanilla sugar to taste

Method
Beat the butter and sugar well, add the eggs one at a time, mixing well, then the flour, the crushed amaretti, the Indian Tea Masala Virya®, the Fruit Masala Virya® and, eventually, the baking powder. Pour into a buttered and floured cake tin. Place in the oven at 180 °Celcius for 30-40 minutes.
Serve with vanilla sugar.
