Hot chocolate with Fruit Masala Virya®

Season: late Autumn, Winter, early Spring

Ingredients (serves 2):
2 tablespoons of bitter cocoa powder
4 tablespoons of cane/brown sugar
2 teaspoons of white spelt flour
2 teaspoons of Fruit Masala Virya®
250 ml whole milk

Method:

Put the cocoa and sifted flour in a steel pan together with sugar and Fruit Masala Virya®.
Mix the powdered ingredients well with a spoon. Pour the cold milk little by little until it is absorbed. Then put the pan on low heat. Continue to heat, stirring continuously until boiling. Cook for about 3 minutes on low heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking on the bottom. Once the desired consistency is reached, pour into a mug and serve hot.
