Chai (spiced tea with milk)

Ingredients – serves 4 cups:
¼ organic cow’s milk or raw milk
¼ water
1 teaspoon of Indian Masala Tea Virya®
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons of tea Darjeeling

Method
In a pot pour the water and the darjeeling tea and boil for 2 minutes over medium heat. Adding the Indian Tea Masala Virya®, then sugar, bring back to the boil again and then add the milk. Bring back to the boil on high heat. Filter it when pouring it into a teapot. Serve hot and never heat it.
